For applicants interested in Human-Centered Computing and Design, the Department is interested in candidates from a range of disciplinary backgrounds who use innovative approaches and technologies to address current challenges in human computer interaction and design. The Department is interested in candidates that complement and contribute to current faculty research in HCI design, creativity, usable security and privacy, and big data analysis and visualization
