Christophe Leroux is R&D project manager at CEA LIST, and ICT and health Coordinator at CEA LIST, DIASI. He was Guest Panelist at the 4th EUCogIII Members Conference on the "Social and Ethical Aspects of Cognitive Systems". 

Leroux talks about his involvement in the organization of the Robotics PPP and his experience with ELS issues in the EURobotics project.
